Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how this website processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection rules. No Google Analytics or comparable analytics tracking is used.
Last updated: April 23, 2026.
Accessing this website and server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider may automatically process technical access data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and transferred data volume. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Log files should be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed for security and operational purposes, unless a specific incident requires longer retention.
Hosting provider and processor details: to be confirmed before launch.
Cookies and analytics
This website currently does not use Google Analytics, marketing cookies, profiling cookies or comparable tracking tools. If essential technical cookies become necessary for site operation, they will only be used where legally permitted. Non-essential cookies or comparable access to information on your device would require consent.
Contact by email or social links
If you contact OYA by email or through linked social platforms, the data you provide will be processed to respond to your request. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general communication.
External platforms such as Instagram, Telegram and Linktree are operated by third parties. Their own privacy policies apply when you open those links.
Google Maps
The contact page does not load Google Maps automatically. The embedded map is only loaded after you choose to activate it. When you do, Google may process data such as your IP address, browser information and usage data, and may transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
The map is therefore treated as optional third-party content. If you do not want Google Maps to load, you can simply use the written address and opening hours without activating the embed.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, where the legal requirements are met. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Berlin, this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
